This affordable, easy-to-use can train up to three staff members who impact your business by working with the public to become better sales communicators.

Each month, we post an essay on the monthly topic along with action points and staff development questions for enrollees to answer. Their participation is documented in our password-protected online project management software so you can check their participation each month. The program is self-paced and can be done any time during the month.
