Dr. Collins social media program started in the beginning of 2015. Over the cource of 2016 he saw steay gains in visits to his website. He had a 415% increase in visits from social media. Over the year his content reached 135,000 people, and increase of 334%. His content had almost 30,000 post interactions. His previous content only had 1334. That's an increase of 2049%. His video content was been seen by almost 20,000 people. All of which were targeted around his offices in Spokane and Spokane Valley. Social media visits from Spokane were up 396.15%. Spokane Valley social visits were up 1140%.

Search Engine Optimization

In September of 2016 Dr. Collins started publishing 3 new articles to his website with syndication. This change has resulted in an increase in referral traffic of 81%. His content has been placed on sites like CNN, MSNBC, FOX, Seattle Times, Health.com, People, Time and many more. This traffic and linking from these reputatable sites has also impacted her organic traffic, increasing that by 73%. His direct visits are also up 73%.

Conclusion

Organic search visits have the highest user experience rating in almost 100% of our clients.  It was determined that Dr. Collins needed a higher concentration of local organic search visits to meet his goals.  However, in small Spokane market which is unusually crowded with dentists, it was determined that the way to get to people first was through content on social media.  The strong social media click-through occurred, but the increased search results came from a flow of noticeably more educated and primed prospective patients.  These patients had been influenced by what they were consuming from Dr. Collins on Facebook upstream of their process to begin their search for specialized dental services.
